The graphs show the ratio of women to men as a raw number and percentage. Red represents women and blue represents men. Employees who did not wish to disclose their gender are not included. Click the arrow to move between the individual visualisations.

Following the principle of equality, each employee on the same position, doing the same job and working on the same tasks should have the same salary. The visualisation helps to understand how this principle applies in the organisation by comparing average salaries on the position to average salaries of women and men on the same position.
